Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SaveDee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

SaveDee is a personal expense tracking and management application that works through LINE Official Account and website. Services include:

  • Recording and managing expenses
  • Creating savings goals and budgets
  • Financial analytics and reports
  • Automatic notifications via LINE
  • Data export as CSV and PDF
  • Premium features for subscribers

3. User Accounts

  • You must have an active LINE account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • One account per person only - no account sharing
  • You must notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use

You may:

  • Use the Service for personal or legitimate business purposes
  • Record and manage your own financial data
  • Share your own reports and exported data as you wish
  • Provide feedback to improve the Service

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or damage the system
  • Share login credentials or accounts with others
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Use bots or automated scripts to access the Service
  • Impersonate others or falsely claim affiliation with other organizations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service operation

5. Premium Services

  • Premium services require payment according to the selected plan (monthly or lifetime)
  • Payment is processed through Omise Payment Gateway
  • All payments are in Thai Baht (THB)
  • Monthly plans auto-renew unless you cancel
  • Lifetime plans provide lifetime access with no additional payments
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from settings page

6. Billing and Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (technical errors, duplicate charges)
  • If you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain Premium access until the end of the current billing cycle
  • Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
  • You are responsible for any bank or payment processing fees

7. Data Ownership

  • You own all your expense data and personal information
  • SaveDee has the right to use your data only to provide services as described in the Privacy Policy
  • You can export or delete your data at any time
  • When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

8. Intellectual Property

  • SaveDee and all components (logo, design, code) are our property
  • You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation

9. Third-Party Services

SaveDee integrates with third-party services:

  • LINE Messaging API - for authentication and notifications
  • Omise - for payment processing
  • Google Cloud - for Speech-to-Text
  • Google AdSense - for ad display (Free tier)

We are not responsible for these third-party services. Their use is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

  • Service provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties
  • We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • We do not provide financial advice - SaveDee is a tracking tool only
  • You are responsible for your own financial decisions
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of calculations or reports - always verify your data

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SaveDee shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access
  • Damages from third-party services
  • Damages from your financial decisions

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

  • You can cancel and request a refund by contacting support within 3 days after purchase
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all data
  • Exported data remains yours

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via LINE or dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
